COVID – 19 Updates

Starts from March15, 2022 the province is lifting mask wearing in public places. Portage Place still recommends all staff and visitors to wear a mask when accessing our shopping centre.

Proof of Vaccination

As of March 1, 2022, proof of vaccination is not required in the Portage Place Food Court, dine-in restaurants.

To the best of our knowledge, all businesses affected by this change have chosen to eliminate the proof of vaccination policy; Please note that this is subject to change, and individual businesses are free to set their own policies as they wish.

               Mall Hours:  
 Monday to Saturday   10 am to 6 pm
Sunday 12 am to 5 pm
           Food Court Hours:    
Monday to Saturday    9 am to 6 pm
Sunday 12 am to 5 pm

Please call the store directly to verify whether they are open or closed and confirm operating hours. Store and service phone numbers may be found on our website under the store directory.

Please note that we do not have direct contact with tenants and cannot transfer you.

Social distancing of all patrons will be enforced.

If you have an appointment, please show up no more than 10 minutes before your schedule appointment.

  • Maximum capacity for the Service Canada line inside Portage Place is 30 people. Once at capacity, patrons will be required to line- up outside.
