Official Rules & Regulations

One post share = one entry
One Retweet = one entry
One friend tag = one entry
Entrants must have a Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts and adhere to the rules and regulations.
2. PRIZES: One $100 gift card for Portage Place.
3. CONTEST CLOSING AND ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible for the draw, the winner must be 18 years of age or older. The contest is open to all Manitoba citizens and landed immigrants who are residents of Manitoba, but excluding, directors, officers, representatives and agents of Peterson, Honest Agency, any Portage Place suppliers and tenants, Facebook/Twitter/Instagram employees, their agents, representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, promotion agencies, assignees, personal associates, families.
4. SELECTION OF WINNERS: Entries will be collected from all three social media platforms and selected at random. The winner will be contacted via the social media platform they entered on. Potential winners will have 10 days from the date of posting to respond; otherwise, another eligible entry will be drawn.
5. In order to be declared a winner, a potential winner will be required to complete, sign and return a Declaration and Release Form provided by the Sponsors within 30 days of notification, and must have abided by the rules and regulations of this contest. Failure to return the duly completed Declaration and Release Form within the time stipulated will result in disqualification and another entry will be randomly selected from the remaining eligible entries. Potential winners are also required to answer correctly a four-part mathematical skill-testing question on the Declaration and Release Form in order to claim their prize; otherwise, another eligible entry will be drawn.
6. Prizes must be accepted as awarded and cannot be transferred.
7. All entries become the property of Portage Place and will not be returned.
8. Portage Place is not responsible for entries lost, misdirected, or delayed for whatever reason.
9. By entering the contest, entrants consent to the use of their name and/or photograph, without payment or compensation other than the prize awarded.
10. This contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations. We reserve the right to make a prize substitution of equivalent value in the event of unavailability of a prize or any portion thereof for reasons beyond the control of Portage Place.
